Digital Services
All products and services sold through this website are digital services, including but not limited to SEO packages, consulting sessions, coaching, and keyword ranking reports. Because these services involve time, expertise, and digital delivery, they are generally non-refundable once work has begun or the service has been delivered.
Consulting & Coaching Sessions
Consulting and coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice.
Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be considered forfeited and non-refundable.
SEO Packages & Custom Work
For SEO packages or custom service projects:

Work typically begins shortly after purchase or after onboarding is completed.

Once work has started, payments are non-refundable due to the time and resources already invested.

If a project is cancelled before work begins, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, minus any administrative or preparation time already incurred.
Keyword Ranking Reports & Digital Deliverables
Keyword ranking reports and other digital reports are non-refundable once delivered, as they are custom generated and immediately accessible.
